Missouri State Representative, State Senate candidate Ken Waller has died
Waller was Chairman of the House Pensions Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Elections Committee.
Ken Waller was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives from the 114th District. He passed away on August 23, 2025.
His death was confirmed by Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe. A cause was not immediately released to the public, but it was evidently sudden. Waller had just announced his candidacy for a seat in the via the 22nd District late last month.
Waller was elected as a Republican to the State House in 2022 and again in 2024. Prior to that, he had been the Executive, Treasurer and Clerk of Jefferson County, Missouri.
Ken Waller was a native of Festus, Missouri. A graduate of Jefferson College and the University of Missouri-St. Louis, he was an insurance agent by trade.
In 1989, Waller married Trina Christine Lotz. They would have three children.
